Vision:
Mr. McCarty is the President/CEO and founder of Intuitive Technology Services LLC. He has spent the last twenty years designing, managing and fielding information technology solutions, and streamlining business processes for the United States Air Force. He’s overseen acquisition, installation, security and administration of computer networks and associated equipment. Mr. McCarty has developed and implemented many large-scale client server software applications. He has also spent many years managing Unisys databases supporting over 2,500 personnel daily. Over the last four years, he has successfully overseen the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command, Logistics and Installations Directorate’s, information technology portfolio, valued at over seventy million dollars.
As a business analyst, he has been responsible for identifying inefficient organizational processes, designing & implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and reducing operating expenses. One of his re-engineering projects entailed automating a manual process that was utilized to evaluate over ten thousand aircraft maintenance transactions per month, by a group of 20 personnel responsible for reporting and analyzing reliability and suitability of America’s newest cargo aircraft, the C-17. After analyzing and quantifying shortcomings, Mr. McCarty developed and implemented a software application that automated the process. His software tools automatically identify and correct the data errors. He re-engineered a process that 20 people were responsible for accomplishing on a monthly basis, and reduced time required to accomplish by hundreds of hours per month. This resulted in recouping large quantities of man-hours that were reutilized for other organizational activities.
Throughout the years Mr. McCarty has been continuously recognized for his ability to improve business operating efficiency and effectiveness, and reduce expenses through intuitive use of cost effective technology. His initiatives have led to quantitative cost savings of millions of dollars. He has relied heavily on Deming's principles, and six sigma for achieving overall business success.
